The room was dirty dust on device crack in tube ceramic tile tube faucet needed caulking bathroom floor dirty mirrow wasn't cleaned,sink was stopped up had to run water low,front desk paula said she would hold a room for me on second floor that never happened she lied worst experience i ever had at a hotel

The person at the desk was brand new and had to wait for his co-worker to return from being elsewhere. It took at least 5 minutes for her to arrive. The hotel is undergoing renovations, so the pool and gym were unavailable during my visit. The room appeared to be clean, but was a little dated. Everything functioned as needed, but I did not use the television. It was by far the smallest TV that I have seen in a modern hotel. Breakfast was available, and for the most part was sufficient. The turkey sausage was not warm, and was not a good option.

Staff members were all really nice. Breakfast area clean and had nice variety -- waffles and lots of toppings for oatmeal. Hot chocolate available any time. Good coffee. Our floor was quiet. Room clean. We slept well.

Nice and quiet for being right off the interstate and near a railroad track. Clean, comfortable, super friendly staff. Extremely convenient location for getting to downtown Pittsburgh - 20-30 minutes to PNC Park and PPG Paints Arena - and to shopping/eating in Cranberry.

Comfortable but free breakfast was terrible.

I was in town for a funeral. The hotel was clean. The bed was comfortable. I would just say that the free breakfast variety was terrible. The juice tasted like water.
