Decent spot for the price.Good hot water and wifi. There is construction next door which was a bit loud, not something that bothered us much but it may be an issue for some. Very sweet little cat that lives there she loves tuna 😬

Hotel B&B (no breakfast) - 5th Avenue is actually located at 15th Avenue and fortunately far enough away from the noisy 5th Avenue, but at a perfect location, near to the ADO bus station. The room was equipped with a large and comfortable king size bed and everything was very clean. Very good value for money!

Nice location, rooms are cleaned well and staff is friendly. However property is old and pool is dirty. Basically, you get what you paid for.

The facility in general is very worn down with some of the stairs going to the room is broken and dangerous. The room and bathroom cabinet are very old and fragile. The tv does not work. Water came out from only one side of the sink (not sure hot or cold, but it was ok since it is summer time). The shower does not have door or cover, so it flooded the bathroom area. The sink faucet is rusty and unappealing. The ceiling fan is shaking when turned on, it was a bit scary since the bed is right beneath and I was sleeping on it. I only stayed one night but I think that was enough to go through this. It’s budget friendly but not sure about the rest.

They had no soap in the room, it was filthy. Shower looked like red mould sound it and no hot water. Toilet so stained and would barely flush. Sink faucet was rusted like it was from a 1950's sailboat. Construction going next door and... They tried charging me an extra night as I wanted to leave and it was past check out time.
