"The hotel was lively. Magical even. My only complaint was the mattress and the pillows. The pillows were very high and the mattress was not comfortable. Everything else was 100% fantastic! Thank you!"

"I would strongly recommend avoiding this property. The room had a strong sewer odor, and the pillows and bedding appeared dirty. The location also felt unsafe, with questionable activity occurring nearby. The swimming pool was dirty and cold, and the air conditioning in the room did not work. Due to these issues and the overall poor condition of the property, we had to check out early. Unfortunately, despite explaining our concerns, the property refused to provide a refund. This was a very disappointing experience. "
