Just steps from the sand and sea our 3/bdrm 2/bthrm home SLEEPS 8 in beds, plus 2 in sleeper sofa for a total of 10. The kitchen is very well stocked and equipped for convenient meal preparation. A well-equipped garage comes with all the toys & essentials you’d need for the beach.

This was a great each house! Just a short walk to the beach and the owner allows you to use their bikes, beach toys, chairs etc. fully stocked home!We had a wonderful stay!

The place is amazing, a short 5 minute walk to the beach and the layout of the house is amazing, plenty of space for everyone. The garage is amazing, there must have been at least 10 bikes, 20 wet suits, surf boards, boogie boards, etc... everything you would need, so no need to bring anything other than your swim suit!!!!!

The location to the beach was wonderful. As well as all the amenities! This place had everything you could want for an awesome beach vacation. The beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean and well stocked. Would definitely recommend this home and would love to have the opportunity to stay here again.

The stay was wonderful. So many toys to take to the beach and tons of bikes too!! Lots of toys. It was great being so close to the beach. The house was really spacious and had everything we needed and was close to everything. The host was very prompt with all the information and even let us check in early when the house was ready. Thank you Debra our family had a nice reunion.
The cousins were sad to leave, saying goodbye on the front porch.

The house was perfect. Wonderful location. We walked and/or rode bikes to the beach every day. The. Beach equipment that they have available is like a mini store. There’s literally something for everybody. The communication with the owner was the best we’ve ever had in any VRBO. Would DEFINITELY stay here again.

Great beach house

I liked that there was super clear and professional communication with the owners. Easy walking distance to the beach. The only consideration is that there are only two bathrooms. If you have the max number of guests, 10 people, be prepared to share two sinks/mirrors/showers between the 10 of you. Otherwise a perfect beach house. I would definitely visit again in the summer to enjoy all the beach toys they have!

Our group came out to visit family and had a wonderful stay! Debbie was so great to communicate with and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed and more! We were thrilled to see all the bikes, boogie boards, surf boards, beach chairs, and plenty more! We will definitely be returning!!

New Year’s Family Vacation

This was perfect for our family which included nine people, ages 2 to 73! The location is perfect: the beaches only a block away, the city of Oxnard has everything you need within several minutes of driving, and access to Santa Barbara, Ventura, and LA is extremely easy. The hosts were amazing and super communicative and helpful, even accommodating our request to check in early since their cleaners were finished. The place is exactly as described in the pictures and we would definitely stay here again!

Great for a Family Vacation!

This home had everything you could ever need for the beach, which was so nice. We only had to bring out clothes and food! The kitchen was well stocked, which was great because we did a lot of cooking and BBQing. The upper balconies were a great place for the kids to play and run around. The beach is a short walk. It is a beautiful clean beach and was nearly empty every day! Debbie responded to me immediately throughout the whole process from booking to checking out. That was very helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here and we wouldn't hesitate to stay her again!
