I reserved a non-smoking room, but unfortunately, the room we were given smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The odor was so bad that we ended up with headaches and couldn’t relax comfortably. It was very disappointing, especially since we specifically requested a smoke-free room. The staff should make sure rooms are properly cleaned and that non-smoking rooms stay smoke-free. I hope management addresses this issue so future guests don’t have the same experience.

The rooms were updated and clean. The parking was good and the lobby was nice.

The are was very quiet. The facility was nice and clean. The room itself was quite spacious (we had a king size bed) and there was plenty of space that we didn’t feel cramped. The bed was soft and the water pressure of the shower was nice. A pleasant stay and a great price. Plus we had a large SUV and a UHaul trailer-plenty of parking. We’ll be down there often so we’ll stay here again and we’re recommending to others.

I really enjoyed my stay here – very comfortable and the staff were so friendly! I loved the fact that there was no carpet. The location is perfect, with everything nearby and a park just a short walk away. The only thing I would suggest is a bit more attention to the floor cleanliness; my socks got dirty pretty quickly. But honestly, that's a small thing, and I would happily stay here again!

Great hotel

We always stay here when we visit family in Oxnard. Very convenient for shopping and restaurants. One Chinese restaurant that I recommend is called The Mandarin House. Ver quiet hotel as well.
