This stylish getaway is perfect for group/family trips and events. In the heart of the Arts District in Portland, across from the Portland Museum of Art, this luxury apartment is only a 8 minute walk from the Old Port. With beautifully historic arched windows, exposed brick, hardwood floors, and high ceilings is perfect for the artsy citygoer. This urban and upscale apartment features a modern kitchen, sleek and stylish bathrooms, and a large and lofty living room with active city views.

Your beautiful new 3rd floor walk-up apartment has just been completely renovated mixing old with new. The 19th century building has maintained its historic charm with original brick, hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, and west facing blown glass cathedral windows. Life has been breathed into it with a stunning glass staircase, modern fixtures and glorious light provided by skylights on the top floor.

The large living area is warm and inviting to sit back and relax in front of your gas fireplace or stream your favorite movie on the wall mounted flat screen television.

The modern fully equipped kitchen features an expanse of counter space for prepping, a Bosch stainless steel gas stove, refrigerator, and wine cooler.

The 3 bedrooms are cozy with luxe linens, new mattresses, and plenty of storage.

1. Master Bedroom with en-suite bathroom is exquisite with a soaking tub, glass shower with skylight, heated towel rack and double sink vanity.

The hallway bathroom is magical with a double glass shower, and ceiling skylight.

As a top-pick destination, this area just on the outskirts of the Old Port, is vibrant with eclectic restaurants, diverse museums, and a thriving nightlife. All within walking distance during your stay.

There is no parking at the building as we are in a row of brownstones downtown. The city offers free on-street parking from 6pm-9am and free all day Sunday. For convenience, we like to park in a parking garage close to the apartment. It is affordable for the city @ $19 per day.

This property was top notch!! It's decor is super cool! The apartment is roomy and very clean. Location is perfect, right in the Old Port! Working with the property owner was a piece of cake and she checked in on us to see if we were all set. Would love to stay there again!

Brick Wall luxury

The location could not be more perfect. We parked the car and walked everywhere! This apartment is beautiful and filled with upgrades. The exposed brick is an added bonus and the bathrooms are luxurious. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Three days in Portland

I have stayed in many VRBO properties and this apartment is as nice as any I have stayed in. The pictures do not do the place justice. It is newly remodeled - the bathrooms are fantastic. It is the type of city loft you would like to live in. The place is very comfortable the skylights on the top floor let in lots of light. Easy walk to the restaurants and other attractions along the waterfront.

Beautifully renovated and clean condo for family

We loved our stay! Family of 6 visiting for a week and we have no complaints about this property. Communication was fantastic with property owners and they answered any questions we had immediately. The condo was newly renovated. Bathrooms and kitchen were spacious and so well done. Biggest showers ever! Very very clean. Could not have been better. Walkable to all the restaurants and shops around Portland. Walkable to the water and ferry port as well. 5 stars!

Great location

Rented this beautiful apartment for a girls weekend. Street parking was available to unload in front of the door. Then parked the car in a public garage for the weekend. We walked everywhere. Comfortable beds with 2 down blankets per bed. We made dinner one night in the state of the art kitchen. Dena was the best. I asked alot of questions and she was very quick to respond. beautiful place... and, things to know:

great design. well executed. Very clean. Things to know: the mattresses are all firm. If you like a pillow top, bring one. The artwork has been changed out for color photos of western parks, etc. not a problem , but it does alter the aesthetic. Hot water in the master shower is a bit tricky to get the hang of, but works.

Beautiful condo in historic Portland

I rented this property for a bachelorette/birthday party, and we couldn't have dreamed of a more perfect place to stay. The place was absolutely gorgeous, modern, and clean. There was plenty of space for all 8 of us to hang out in the living room. The kitchen was fully stocked, and all of the bedrooms were very clean and comfortable. The primary room was very spacious and the bathtub was a huge plus. You can see the ocean from the back windows, and a ton of restaurants and shops are within walking distance. We didn't have to drive anywhere all weekend. Perfect location if you want to go enjoy the amazing bars and breweries in Portland without worrying about getting a ride home.

This place truly MADE our vacation relaxing and is one of the gems in Portland. What a beautiful apartment to look forward to relaxing in every evening with ease. Movie night and games every night after days of fun and exercise out exploring. This place is full of character and charm. Highly recommend this location-walkable to the port and surrounding areas (so much shopping and food) Have I mentioned this place is such a vibe!!? The host is so accommodating and immediately available for any questions. I texted her and she was lightning with a response and friendly! They literally have everything a traveler could want. Parking available within a block-24/day. We’re glad it’s the end of the trip as it would make other apartments pale in comparison. Twenty minute drive to nearby lighthouses. We suggest reading through the handmade binder to find the host families tips and favorite treats/eats. We tried many and so happy we did. Also, take the Casco Bay Lines mail boat for a cruise-such a fun way to see Maine from the water. We took the 10am ferry and loved every minute. Thanks to Dena and family!
