Pearl House Beach Retreat

Situated on the shores of Hood Canal between Poulsbo and Port Gamble, Pearl House Beach Retreat is an impeccably appointed waterfront home that’s the ideal base from which to explore everything, or to simply kick back and relax away the hours watching clouds and birds. With views from nearly every room, beach frontage, a fire pit, chef’s kitchen, and beautifully curated design, you may never want to leave.


From the moment you step through the front door, you’ll be greeted by the ever-changing seascape outside the expansive living room windows. A fully stocked chef’s kitchen with gas range invites you to cook up a feast as you gaze out at the glittering waters just beyond. With a table that easily sits 6 people, and will seat a cozy party of 8, you’ll enjoy meals together in the dining nook that take full advantage of the views. The large capacity propane Weber grill will allow for easy meals indoors or out.


A generously sized sectional sofa allows the whole crew to get comfortable in the living room for a cozy fire and game night, or to watch a movie on the large screen TV. With an open floorplan, and doors out to the deck, everyone can be together making memories that will last far beyond your stay.

The primary ensuite bedroom is on the main floor and features French doors out to the deck, water views, and a lovely soaking bathtub. Please note that the walk-in closet is not available for guest use, though luggage racks are provided.


Also on the main floor is a petite room that has just enough space for two twin size beds. Please note that there’s a skylight in this room that doesn’t have a light-blocking shade, so those sensitive to sunlight in the morning may prefer to sleep in a different room.

Near the twin bedroom is the main floor bathroom with a shower stall and separate toilet room, as well as the laundry room.

Upstairs, you’ll find two more bedrooms, both with gorgeous water views and access to a shared balcony. The smaller of the rooms has a full-size bed, and the larger accommodates a queen-size bed. Each room has a closet and luggage racks. A full bathroom with a tub/shower combo is shared by these bedrooms, and a small desk on the landing provides a dedicated work space.


Guests have access to the house, apart from the kitchen pantry and primary closet, which are kept locked. The garage is also excluded from guest use.

Parking:

Parking is limited and all vehicles MUST fit within the driveway space. Parking on the adjacent grassy area is strictly forbidden, as this is the septic drain field. The driveway will accommodate approximately 3-4 vehicles, depending on their size, so carpooling is recommended. The neighboring driveway may be used for turning around, but care must be taken to avoid blocking the access to the neighbor’s property.
