Motel ok, room needs TLC, NO breakfast.

Mold in shower. Bed saggy on one side, TV reception spotty, lightbulb in lamp out. Missing desk chair, breakfast was a mere package of muffins and coffee. NOT even any cereal, fruit, juice, milk, yogurt, bread, bagel, etc.

The walkway in front of our room was slanted out from the room to the parking lot. Being disabled this walkway was difficult to walk on

The staff was very nice even though I asked to switch rooms because the first one looks like it had t been cleaned after the previous guest. The second room was only a little better. Ther was not even soap on the sink. Like, how was I supposed to wash my hands even?

Unprofessional with communication

I stayed at the hotel in February and April and did not receive my security deposit booked for two adults and was jipped out of my security deposit both times for reasons unknown last stay was day in April was put in room 115 smelled of sewer water in the bathroom no shower curtain and an elderly bench in the shower room, also cops were called at the time due to nuisance disturbance due to club activity next door no parking available I want my February and April deposit back pls was not explained rules and regulations of my stay meaning regarding why my of $100 both times I did not receive?! Also was not giving receipts both times?! Other than that no complaints about my stay prior!
