"The hotel is older and the elevator was unreliable, frequently breaking down. We had to use the stairs a lot, which was difficult, especially for families with young children. The five-floor climb felt costly and inconvenient."

"The entire facility and our room was very up scaled and beautiful! 6 girlfriends shared a 2 bedrm, 2 bath suite with a queen sofa bed and ocean/city view. We felt like we were at a posh resort! When comparing to other hotels in the area that could accommodate this many people it was very reasonably priced. Can't wait to go back! "

"We had a deluxe waterfront room (801) and the view was great and the room was very large, clean and comfortable. The kitchenette was nice to have. The bathroom was clean and updated. Plenty of surface and underground parking. Enjoyed the daily happy hour and the continental breakfast. All staff were friendly and we would definitely stay again if in the area. My only negative comments / room for improvements would be new sheets and towels (one of our beds has holes in the sheets and 2 of our towels had holes) and the carpet transition from the bedroom to the balcony was too short and the tackstrip was exposed and my wife stepped on it. "
