It was reasonably priced compared to other options during the time we traveled and had a pool which when traveling with our kids is a must. Close to restaurants and activities. It was okay for a nights stay. However, the room we had was clean but floors creaked and felt off balance in places. Bathroom floor wasn’t as clean as rest of room. Bring your own toiletries. I usually travel with mine but I thought for one night I could do without but no shampoo or conditioner provided and only small bottles of soap. Not the usual. Room looked updated but not well done. And the reason I probably would try another hotel, the walls were paper thin. We heard everything from the rooms on either side of us, above us and in the hallway.

We were by the pool which was a bit noisy until about 11 but after that it was fine. Our first room had tv issues so they had to move us after we had already unpacked.

My adult grandson and I stayed at your hotel this weekend. For the most part, we enjoyed our stay, beds were comfortable and fresh, love all the plump pillows and we slept well. Fridge, coffee and microwave in room, nice. Ice machine, pop and snack machine and pool were conveniently located. Grandson enjoyed breakfast. Unfortunately we could hear everything in the hall and in the room adjoining ours, (Kids upstairs bouncing off the walls at 1am. Not your fault!) Room was a little on the small side, but manageable. I missed having a table and a couple chairs and just a chair or recliner to relax in before bed. Improvements: *Lighting in desk area. There is none at all. *Floors were dirty, Should have been mopped. I walked barefoot for a short time and I had to rewash my feet, which got very dirty, before putting sox and shoes on! *Towels are quite thin. 😞 *Full length mirror is located in such a strange spot, you cant see yourself in it. *Grandson wanted to work out but 2 of the machines were broken. Registration and checkout was pleasant and easy. Nice ladies! Price was great! Less expensive than originally quoted. Next time we come to town, we will probably stay with Best Western again.

Very convenient, only about 12min from the University. Room was clean. Outlets in room did not work, so i had to use my portable charger for my phone. Very noisy (my room was near the emergency exit and didnt like that door was left open all night, can hear those above me Very easily). The staff was friendly and i liked that they did offer free breakfast.

Remote control would not work properly. It would not adjust volume or turn on/off the tv. And an alarm clock in the room went off at midnight. When I told the clerk about it at check out, she laughed. No apology…nothing.

The hotel is well located, the staff is friendly and diligent, and the rooms are impeccably clean. The breakfast is standard for this class. It's a good place to stay at a reasonable cost. The floor laminate is coming loose in some areas, and the internet connection could be improved.
