Loved our stay! Lovely staff, spacious room. My boyfriend came to visit family and we got a room for a few days. Definitely plan on coming back in the future!
The air conditioner did not cool room off well. The sinks kept backing up would not drain properly and the pool was freezing cold. I have stayed in many indoor pools and never been in one this cold. The continental breakfast was not that great out of almost everything eggs were watery. Was a little disappointed in our stay. Also the full size shampoo was totally out. Although the halls were brighter. The 3nd shift lady does wonderful and noticed she the only one thats gone that extra mile.
This is an average property that's perfect for a family stay. The pool is nice. The hot tub could be warmer, but not bad. Breakfast is good with warm options, but the dining area is very small. Cleanliness is average. They need to update some furniture but nothing was terrible and the beds are very comfortable. They were low on staff, so the front desk was very busy. Overall its not a 5 star hotel but they provide everything they advertise. You can check in at 3pm and check out at 11am which is very accommodating. If you want free parking, want to swim, and have free breakfast without breaking the bank, it's a comfortable stay. I had 3 rooms with my 5 adult kids and 4 grandkids and we all enjoyed our time there.
The pool area is nice. The pool was too chilly for us. Lobby area has been renovated nicely. Noise from rooms above and down the hall not dampened by building design. Sink in the room did not work out for one early bird.
The staff was so nice to us. My brother and I were with our family in town for a funeral. We got in late as we drove from New York and they allowed us to check in at 330am. I called ahead and they remembered my name. When we got there, they were so accommodating and knew who we were. I am so glad I picked this place and the rooms were clean. The staff was the greatest. Thank you for being wonderful to us as we were dealing with a sad situation.

Bug bites
We always stay here if we have a cheer competition in the area. We never had a problem woth service and the breakfast is great. But this stay my daughters woke up to bug bites on their arms and legs.
