Pull up the the house and enjoy your reserved parking (a luxury in downtown Rockport!). The first floor of the home is an open concept space with living room, dining area, and kitchen all connected. The cozy kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils and cookware you need to feel at home. There's room for 4 at the bar or just walk a few steps to take your meals to the beach!

The living room has a comfortable sectional sofa and is kitted with a smart TV, allowing full access to your favorite streaming services. This space is also stocked with games and toys making it the perfect place to unwind at the end of a long day of exploring.

☆☆ SECOND FLOOR ☆☆

Climb up the stairs and you'll find two generous sized bedrooms to accommodate 4 guests. The primary bedroom is fitted with a King-size bed and walk in closet (perfect for a pack and play!). There's even a convenient washer and dryer tucked in there perfect for drying off wet suits after a day at the beach!

The second bedroom has a queen size bed and plenty of room to unpack in the closet. You'll also find a twin sized air mattress here that can sleep an additional adult or kid in the bedroom or living room!

The second floor also has the renovated full bathroom with large walk in shower.

Outside the house you'll find a bin stocked with beach chairs and toys. All this just steps away from all the sights and attractions of Rockport!

My family was planning a New England fall trip, but we also wanted to check out some of the Massachusetts Coast. We landed on Rockport and wanted to have a comfortable place to lay our heads at night. Once we arrived, the location was very easy to find with the use of the hosts guide and very detailed videos. There was an issue with the electronic lock to get into the home, but this was very quickly resolved thanks to the hosts quick response. Once we got into the home, everything was very clean and set up very nicely. We had pretty much everything we needed. Once we got upstairs, the views from the windows were incredible. And you can see the ocean from the second floor. That was wonderful to be able to see the sunrise and know that it was time to go check out the beach. The beach was literally just steps away And very easy to get to.The neighbors were wonderful and very kind. The town of Rockport is absolutely beautiful. I would definitely book again and stay at this lovely location.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful Rockport home! The location couldn’t be better — just steps from Back Beach and a quick stroll to Bearskin Neck’s shops, cafĂ©s, and galleries. The house itself is spotless (and cleanliness is huge for me!), stylish, and clearly just renovated with a perfect mix of coastal charm and modern comfort.The kitchen was fully stocked and made it easy to cook meals, and we really appreciated having parking right out front (a total bonus in Rockport!). The beds were super comfortable, and the ocean breeze and view from the upstairs bedroom were amazing.It was perfect for our family — the hosts even thought of everything from toys to beach chairs and an extra air mattress. Communication was seamless and check-in was a breeze. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and can’t wait to come back to the Back Beach Bungalow!

We had a truly amazing family vacation at this sweet beach cottage. The proximity to the beach was more convenient than we even expected. Loved being able to spot the water from the second bedroom. Everything about this house is perfection - everything is so nice and all new/renovated. So much space. We have stayed in a lot of cottages in Rockport and I would say this one is the nicest. My favorite part is the second floor laundry room/walk in closet right off of the master - again huge and just beautiful. The location is awesome - it's literally a 3 min easy walk to Front Beach and then a few more minutes and you are in the center of Town. My young daughter and I barely used the car which was nice. It's in a beautiful neighborhood and it's on a little dead end street abutted by other lovely homes. It is so peaceful esp at night for sleeping. They have a nice little fire pit - make sure you bring wood if you want to do a fire. The check in is so organized and they have a page with video on everything you need to know about the house. If you do have a question though or need something the host is very responsive. We will definitely be back - thank you so much!

Perfection!

Wow! We are so glad we found this rental! Its located in the best possible lication in Rockport...walking distance to front beach, back beach, and to BearSkinNeck with all the shops and eateries! We walked to most places and it was a short drive to the cute town of Gloucester where we went whale watching. The rental property was clean, updated and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The furniture was super comfortable and we had great nights sleep! Cant wait to return!
