this is not a hotel, just an independent room in a b&b type place. need to open 3 locked doors to go to your room. fairly close to vatican city, but not so close to Rome central. almost ~10mins to nearest metro station. found it very hard to get taxis from the room, limited help from the b&b host.

Great, inexpensive hotel to stay in Rome. It was a little tricky getting in, but once we figured it out, it was easy. Because these rooms are in some kind of an apartment building, you have to ring in. The concierge was not there at the time that we arrived, so we were a little confused about the whole process. We ended up ringing in another 'hotel' and got help from him and he guided us in. Everything was further complicated because our call was not going through (we're from the USA), so trying to reach the hotel was frustrating.

A gem near the vatican,

This is a wonderful hotel located near the Vatican. Its staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay there again.

This little guest house is amazing. It’s very cheap, has the Vatican on a 10 min walk, the colosseum is a 22 minute walk and everything is very accessible. Don’t hesitate to book. It’s not luxury and it’s not fancy, but it is very clean and will be sufficient for saving money to your trip to Rome. I’m a very picky and very clean, this little hotel was just perfect.

A great stay near the Vatican City!

We were 4 friends visiting Rome for the first time. The room was excellent and in perfect condition. Located just 8 minutes of walk from the "Cipro" Metro station and with many busses passing by. Pietro was more than helpful to everything we asked and needed and provided us with the most valuable information. We would definitely recommend it for a stay near to the centre of Rome!

Really nice and friendly service. The hotel was clean and more than enough for 5 days. The location is good if you want to take the subway or bus and is very close to the vatican. If you want to see the other side of the Tiber you have to walk for a couple of minutes but it didn't bother me. I would come again. Thanks :)

Perfect location in Rome

Very nice staying in this apartment and the host was so welcoming and friendly! Room was clean and the air-conditioning worked well. The location was perfect: near the metro station, bus stops and shops.
