The apartment was spacious and very welcoming to stay in. The apartment was clean, with great WiFi. The location is very close to the colosseum.

Franco met us when we arrived early from the airport, ran through the particulars of the apartment and let us leave our bags while the place was cleaned from the previous tenants. Everything ran smoothly and I would highly recommend the apartment AND Monti, where we had never stayed. Great neighborhood with easy access to the metro, many restaurants, bars and lovely Italian shops. So close to Termini, we easily walked there and went on a couple of day trips.

This is a very nice apartment with everything you could need in a very nice location. Well furnished and great views of via Urbana.The hosts were very attentive to a few minor issues and took care of us right away. I would highly recommend it. Thanks for having me.

loved the location and the spaciousness of the apartment.but no hot water and no instructions on how to use the washing machine. Very little glassware one drinking glass only 2 wine glasses, 3 of 6 chanpangne flutes were in the cupboard- but were dirty! Our greeter was very kind but needed more info.

Way above and beyond!

I would not expect this level of service, but I as blown away by what our host did for us! We arrived in the afternoon and the airline lost a piece of our luggage. We had to go to the apartment without one of our bags. Rome is a 20-40 minute trip to the airport, and we were going to have to go back late that night when the next flight arrived that had our bags on it. Our host offered to go back to the airport himself to pick up our bag and bring it to us! This was a huge relief for us, as we were stressing not having the bag for a day, or having to adjust our dinner or sightseeing plans to return to the airport to get the bag, etc. Thank you Flavio! We were pleasantly surprised to do LAUNDRY during our visit! The listing doesn't have that on there, so you should definitely make sure tothe listing to show that you have a washing machine. It was a big help for us and it will make this listing more marketable I am sure.
