This modernly renovated flat covers the second floor of a historic building in the "Parione", one of the most ancient and characteristic district of
historical Rome with its magnificent Piazza Navona and Castel Sant'Angelo dei Fiori.

Fantastic NEW apartment in the heart of Navona square, two large double bedrooms, one single room, kitchen and living room with sofa bed, and two full bathrooms.

The apartment is located in the heart of Roman life, surrounded by the typical Roman shops. Ideal to discover all the most typical of Rome!

Rules:

WE ARE NOT A HOTEL WITH A CONCIERGE ALWAYS AVAILABLE, PLEASE NOTIFY IN ADVANCE WITH YOUR ARRIVAL TIME

1) From October 1st 2023 the municipality of Rome introduces a mandatory tourist tax of €6 per person per night in cash
2) Late check-in after 8PM = €25 in cash
3) Evening check-in after 11PM = €50 in cash
4) Night check-in after 1AM = €75 in cash
4) Missed agreed check-in time = €30 in cash
5) Missed notify in case of delay = €30 in cash
6) Use whats-app to communicate with our check-in staff

Emplacement parfait !

L’appartement est vraiment trĂšs bien situĂ© et beaucoup de visites peuvent se faire Ă  pieds. De nombreux restaurants et bars Ă  proximitĂ© sont un plus, quartier animĂ© mais appartement au calme.

L'appartement est trĂšs propre , fonctionnel et conforme aux photos prĂ©sentĂ©es sur le site , un peu sombre et le sĂ©jour un peu plus petit que je ne l'imaginais mais suffisant pour 3 Ă  4 personnes Attention , l'appartement est situĂ© au 2Ăšme Ă©tage et l'escalier est un peu raide J'avais Ă©galement rĂ©servĂ© la navette pour le transfert et je dĂ©conseille vivement , nous avons payĂ© 80€ pour le trajet aĂ©roport /appartement alors que le coĂ»t forfaitaire pour ce trajet est de 48€ , nous avons donc pris un taxi pour repartir , il y a des stations Ă  proximitĂ© immĂ©diate

Beau et central mais mal entretenu et incomplet.

Appartement trÚs bien situé et avec une belle décoration, mais présentant de nombreux défauts d'entretien : - Intense odeur d'égout dans une salle de bains - Pas de four à micro-ondes ni d'ascenseur, contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur le site de Homelidays - TrÚs peu de couverts et de verres - Pas de torchons - Internet lent et capricieux - Divers meubles et installations défectueux : porte du lave-vaisselle cassée, meuble sous lavabo ne ferme pas, rideau impossible à fermer.

L'appartement est tel qu'annoncĂ©; confortable mais la propretĂ©, sans ĂȘtre problĂ©matique, pourrait ĂȘtre amĂ©liorĂ©e. L'appartement est trĂšs bien situĂ©; endroit calme au dĂ©tour d'un quartier sympathique, typique et trĂšs animĂ©, Ă  proximitĂ© Ă  pied des artĂšres principales. Sans donner beaucoup d'info "touristiques", Fabrizio est facilement rejoignable et rĂ©pond rapidement aux messages. Il a efficacement organisĂ© notre transfert vers l'aĂ©roport . Nous avons beaucoup apprĂ©ciĂ© notre sĂ©jour. Martine

Did not use the A/C (December stay) the property manager should have had the heating system running a half day before the scheduled arrival time. Making the first night highly uncomfortable due to the cold.The washer/dryer combo although fairly new took a long long time to run through the cycle.

The main bathroom had lots of mold in the shower area, resulting in a pungent smell that made us feel like vomiting many times. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, resulting in bruises on both hips. There was also a lack of glasses and coffee mugs.

As others have mentioned, the location is great for sightseeing in Rome. It’s steps away from shopping and restaurants. The apartment was comfortable and had modern decor but still had old Rome charm. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Our only issues were minor things - washer/dryer was complicated and never did figure out the dryer only setting; one bathroom shower door was very difficult to open and close. We would stay again.

The apartment was very centrally located - excellent spot ! We really appreciated the air conditioning in all the rooms as well. Overall we had a good stay here. The one issue we had was the cleanliness when we arrived. One of the bathrooms was quite dirty and there was garbage piled up along the entrance hallway our entire visit, which made getting in and out challenging (although that may be a separate building issue) We would stay here again.

Overall the stay was ok and the location is great. The apartment was dimly lit, the water had white, chunky particles in it after we were told it was good to drink, neither the stove nor oven worked, and the bedding in the master bedroom smelled like a wet dog. Because of the great location, we would have looked past all of these things if Fabrizio, the property head, had not been so very rude and condescending during our checkout process. There were three locked entries to get in and we were very careful each, and every time we left and returned to the apartment. However, on our last day when we had to leave the keys, we walked down to one of the locked entrances, and were unable to get back up when I found out that my teen daughter did not shut the main door behind her. When we tried to go back upstairs, we could not because we had left the keys there as we were checking out. I immediately called Domitilla and explained the situation and she responded that she would send the cleaning people over and confirmed that the outside door was locked, which it was. Fabrizio, however, was not understanding at all of an honest mistake. He was very aggressive and rude and accusing without once showing any courtesy or understanding. He sent me multiple messages that were attacking and just plain rude. Thankfully, the apartment was secure and nothing even happened with the mistake, but he is treating us poorly about the situation and charging us more money. Never again!

Lovely! Clean, comfortable, great location. We walked everywhere and there were a couple of bus stops nearby, too. Close to sites, wonderful restaurants, a couple of small grocery shops. We also appreciated the air conditioning and laundry that was available in the unit. Check-in was easy as was check-out. Thank you to the host as well for arranging an early ride to the airport. We’d stay here again!

This apartment has a wonderful location. It is equal distance from St. Peter’s and the Pantheon. There are excellent gelato places and food nearby. It was very clean and the owner was incredibly attentive to our requests and needs. We took advantage of the ride from the airport to the apartment and felt it was worth it for our family.

Very comfortable apartment in an ideal location, quiet neighborhood but easily walkable to sights and dining. Host communication was great and everything we needed was provided. There are 3 flights of steep stairs to the apartment so guests must be able to climb.

Fabulous location and communication!

The communication was excellent! Fabrizio was helpful and quick. He also helped us book transfers that worked well and were reasonably priced. The location could not have been better. We walked almost everywhere we wanted to go. The air conditioning worked well, even with extreme heat outside. The only complaints were regarding the main bedroom with adjoining bathroom. The wifi did not reach that room, the bed was extremely hard, and there were two flat pillows to sleep on. Very minor improvements would have made us a lot more comfortable, however, the stay was still overall comfortable.
