The staff was amazing with letting us check in early and upgrading one of the rooms. The rooms were well appointed and very clean and comfortable. Close walking distance to a Metro and easy to Trevi Fountains, Pantheon and lots of shopping. Very quiet hotel and I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location, Oana @reception was absolutely amazing and very professional, very appreciative for an upgrade. Breakfast was ok, but nothing to brag about. Service genuine and very accommodating. Definitely recommend. More English TV channels, please.

The hotel is nothing as in the pic , just s floor in building .The room so called de lux is unbelievably small with glass door in the bathroom snd fhe door that even woudnt nr open outside . No provacy .No noise or smell prevention We get the room infront thr frsk , noise all night long . The working stuff are polite, no doubt .Beside that , the place is much overpriced.

Stayed in the family suite which is actually two separate hotel rooms in private area. Loved the rooms very spacious the roof garden for breakfast was fantastic what a great space and good food. The location is great walking distance to major sites and great shopping on Via Nazionale. The staff is very friendly and helpful . I will definitely return to this gem of a hotel!!
