This was our second time staying at this facility and there won’t be a third. Upon pulling up to the front of the property there was a whole bag of dog food spilled all over the place so my family and I were stepping on it as we tried to carry our luggage to the entrance. Next, our room didn’t smell clean because it wasn’t disinfected nor cleaned. There was animal hair along with human hair on the bed sheets and the sofa. There was hair in the shower. The coffee table was stained with food or beverage. And there was an empty ice cream container left in the refrigerator. When I approached the front desk personnel they offered to switch us to a different room however, the other rooms had a nasty odor. This was an absolute nightmare and I will not be returning.

Great home2 location.
Wonderful stay at home2 for a gathering of friends. Suite was big enough for people to come by and did not feel cramped. The suite is large and love how all utensils and amenities were available for use. The decoration at this location was modern and very new, more stylish then the Stafford location. Service at the front desk was wonderful and very much appreciated. Breakfast in the morning was also great!

We arrived after check in time and our roll in shower room was not ready. The room we took was okay but would not have been assessable for my mother in law. The window shade needs repair.
