Room was dirty (lots of dust, potentially came out of the aircon when it was turned on), shower was grimey & generally condition of everything was poor. There was a party raging on the same level as me that the staff didn’t seem to care about, the party set the smoke alarm off at around 3.30am. I know the hotel is budget but Christ, this was awful.

Close to tram stop and friendly staff. Mattress quite hard and uncomfortable. No cups in the room for water and you had to pay for the kettle and tea/coffee.

Overall a good experience. Staff were courteous and ready to help when needed. Only down side is you have to pay for everything including to have coffee in your room

The room was good and the bed was comfy, the shower was good, everything seemed clean and tidy. The breakfast was pretty good too, we only had it on the first day though. Its a pretty good bet for a cheap stay and is right next to the tram stop so its convenient

There was a Pool Table & a lot of youths in the reception area which made me feel a bit uncomfortable, in fact whilst Checking In I was hit on the leg by a wayward pool ball.
