**SHOES**
Outdoor shoes are not allowed in the bedroom. Please remove your shoes while in the apartment. Any stains on the carpets will incur a charge.

**TV**
The apps on the TV are free to access, including Netflix and Amazon Prime.

Strict no-smoking policy inside the property. If smoking is detected, a 1000 GBP charge will be applied via Airbnb or through your booking channel to cover deep cleaning and damage.

*Noise & Air Monitoring in Place
Loud music, smoking indoors, or any sign of parties will trigger our monitoring systems and lead to instant removal without refund.

*Stays Over 7 Nights
Additional housekeeping is available upon request for an extra fee.
