Situated in the heart of Mission Beach, this beach home features A/C, floor to ceiling windows for optimal ocean & boardwalk views, 2 parking, BBQ, outdoor seating, maximum occupancy 6 (4 adults max), & close to dining, activities, & attractions.

INTERIOR FEATURES
This convenient ground floor unit with exclusive ocean front patio & attached garage offers the ultimate in convenience and is an ideal setup for families with small children.

This fully beach home offers stunning floor to ceiling sheer glass windows that provides for maximum beach and sunset views from the master bedroom, living room, and kitchen. The main living area has a convenient open floorplan that is ideal for entertaining guests & engaging with your closest family & friends. Features include granite countertops, travertine floor tile, custom interior paint, recessed lighting throughout, stainless steel appliances, A/C & much more.

Furniture includes 2 plush sofas that seats 6 people, a dining nook for 4, and a gorgeous 60" wall mounted TV located in the main living area. The Master bedroom features a casual styled collection built with solid wood, modern Queen bed, drawer set lined with microfiber to protect your delicate belongings, 40" flat screen TV, his & hers closets, and a full ensuite bathroom equipped with tub/shower combination & dual sinks. The second bedroom houses a Cal-King bed with it's own 50" TV & huge double wide closet. Rounding out the home is a second full bath (shower/tub combo) with stackable washer/dryer.

POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
‱ GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
‱ OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
‱ NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. This property has a million dollar view and location. However the inside of the property is not what we are accustomed to. I won’t go through all the issues but it was like a frat house. However anything you want for the beach is there. The kitchen was clean, mattresses comfortable, bedding and towels clean. Hopefully they will continue to work on restoring this property to a place that is worthy of its location and view.

The beachfront location makes this a perfect vacay home. It looked just like the photos. It’s old but clean and the heads and linen were amazingly comfortable. The large picture window led to just gazing at the beautiful view and sunset. We appreciated the starter dish soap and sponge and the kitchen was equipped but we didn’t cook there. We would definitely stay here again. 2 car parking garage was a bonus.

And the large windows were clean!All kitchen appliances worked though the fridge filter needed to be changed as the water/ice tasted off. Awesome location if you're looking to be on the beach when you open the shades!! Parking is a bit tight for a midsize suv. The property has everything you need for the beach! We were very comfortable there!

If you have kids, this is a great location and property. We walked everywhere, could let the kids play in the sand while doing dishes, and Belmont Park was a bonus. The property wasn’t dirty as much as some areas were dated. You can’t beat the views, and even though it is directly on the Strand, it was very quiet. We also appreciated having the beach chairs, umbrellas, mats, and toys provided. If we are with kids we would definitely stay here again.

Run down.

The property location is great, right on the boardwalk and adjacent to beach. The rental is very run down, rust on the vents to heater, visible water damage with warped paint and such. The furniture has stains on it. The floors were filthy, visible stains that I could clean with a Clorox wipe. The tub in the master bathroom fills up while the shower is on, so it’s backed up with who knows what that your feet are in the whole time. Windows had finger prints all in the inside. Toilets are very low standing, so beware if you have an elderly person in our family as we did.

Great value for oceanfront

We love Mission Beach Boardwalk! Great location. Only two doors down from Belmont Park, but not overly busy. Great patio with open living space with a wonderful panoramic view. This place was a little rough around the edges with cracked and stained tile throughout. On other hand, great appliances and the cleaning staff did nice job having place clean throughout Beds were nice, linens good, pillows lumpy. Nice grill outside with backup propane tank. Decent garage space with plenty of space for our toys and four bikes plus our medium size SUV. Surfstyle was not great at communicating. On first day they informed that laundry was out, and they would be by to measure. Being on second leg of trip, we needed it badly. Despite emails, calls, and texts, they refused to respond with any updates. We did have other concerns addressed. Numerous calls to them were never picked up. So, in summary, a solid rental, but not perfect. Four stars, for sure.

It’s beautiful!

The house was perfect and the location! It was everything we were looking for! We did have 2 of our 4 days stay was rainy and wet and having the comfort of this place made it still worth the trip!! A Boardwalk View

This location cannot be beat. We were walking the beach, watching others walk the beach or exploring the San Diego area all the time. It's a great place for people watching if you're not a walker. Appreciated having a garage space.

Belmont Shores

In addition to the views of the ocean, the beach, and the entertaining parade of people on the boardwalk, we think this Unit offers a lot of convenience. There are shops, bars, restaurants, 2 small markets, a huge indoor swimming pool and an amusement park all within a few steps of this Unit. It is amazing what is right there. We loved the huge picture windows. We thought the windows would make us feel like we were in a fish bowl but that was not the case. Our Toyota RAV4 fit in the garage but a larger SUV might be a problem. We loved this place and will stay again.

Great location!

We loved the patio and the proximity to the boardwalk and beach. And we were thankful for the beach toys, boogie boards, and beach chairs. The beds and furniture was comfortable. Some of the maintenance was lacking and that’s the only reason it’s not a five star rating. I communicated the maintenance items directly to the PM.

Well located two bed, two full bath condo right on the boardwalk and unimpeded ocean views. Has all of the necessities one needs; dishwear, pots/pans, cleaning supplies, plenty of bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, iron and board, in unit washer/dryer, dish washer, and gas BBQ). The A/C worked well. Designated tandem parking in a shared garage (our Honda Pilot fit without problem). The host communicated well and promptly answered questions I had via text. Check in was seamless and easy. Loved that the check out instructions weren't tedious or demanding unlike some rentals where you basically have to clean the place yourself before the cleaners come. Thank you.

Family Vacation

This house was great to stay for a family of 4 adults and two children. Access to the beach was 10/10 and we will be back next year! House was clean and had everything we might have needed. I would not recommend a very big vehicle, we used a mid size Sudan and it was tough to park. Outside of that, amazing place to stay!
