The palm trees were the only good thing tbere. Bad urine smell in the halls, dirty floors. Asked for non smoki g room and thats the first thing i smelled as i walked in

the property is old and outdated. the maintenance work is shoddy and looks cheap. it has ANTS. the staff is ok I guess but I over payed for a laundry card and was told that there wasn't a way to process and credit...

Our stay was okay- for a one night stay. The room was clean enough- the bed was comfy, clean and the bathroom was clean, floor was nice. Little leak in the bathroom and the room needed a little dusting and wiping in certain areas. Overall the room was not to bad if just looking for a quick place to sleep and shower. And the complementary breakfast was good had good options. We also didn’t converse with the staff but the front desk rep.and he was nice and proper.

I was not happy with the check in process, it took about 30 minutes of waiting at a window located in the garage parking on the lower level since the lobby was closed after 8 pm. The whole process felt sketchy and unsafe. When I buzzed the buzzer to get the receptionist attention no one came for 5 minutes then after flagging someone down she left for another 10 minutes or so and never addressed what she was doing and was extremely rude during the process of checking in. Also it was dark outside late and there was a bunch of drunken college age kids Drinking in the parking lot making a bunch of lued comments . I just wish the check in process could have been done inside of a lobby especially at night and the staff should be more attentive as well.
