Great 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath, cozy, light and bright, we use 100% cotton sheets for the bed covers for all three Queen size beds, the kitchen has Gas Rang-Oven, microwave, dishwasher and the washer and dryer are located in the laundry room on the premises, we provide cable TV with movie channels and wi-fi for internet. The house is centrally located, only two blocks from the Sail Bay, which is seven blocks to the board walk and Pacific ocean, walking distance to the Sail Bay where you can enjoy the water sports, sailing, kayaking, catamaran, Jet-ski, Etc. walking distance to shopping, Bars and Restaurants. Comfortable bungalow

Nice place . Clean, everything works. Well equipped kitchen. Nice front porch. Good Internet. TV worked well. Had to replace batteries in remote. Nice showers. Dishwasher was a welcome addition! Four blocks to the beach, easy walk. Owner was responsive. Great stay!

Nice & comfortable stay

Home comfortably accommodated a family of 6 in town for MCRD Graduation. Away from hustle & bustle but still close enough to stores, restaurants, bay, ocean, and Sea World. A big bonus was having our own driveway to park in otherwise we would have had a hard time finding street parking. No issue from neighbors. Host answered any questions we had promptly. The house is due for some TLC, but we still enjoyed our stay.

Well located in Pacific Beach; not an issue owner can solve, but be aware that residents behind the unit are young and not very considerate regarding noise late at night. Sofa bed in living room is not very comfortable, but functional.

Great Family Vacation Rental

We had a great time on our family vacation. The location was fantastic. The home was clean, well stocked and perfect for a family. Ed was very quick to respond and extremely helpful. I highly recommend staying here.

The location is super-super great, but the house and everything inside it are too old. The most confusing thing was the only heater for the whole house in the living room... the bedrooms don't have heaters, but blankets were very warm!

Overall, this was a nice house. The lock box to get the key was jammed when we arrived but the owner was easily reached to talk us through the problem. Beds are very comfortable.

The house was a great and comfortable place to stay in, especially with 7 people. I would advise to bring extra blankets for the futon. The location was amazing, close to everything! Ed was a fantastic host and answered any questions right away.
