My family of four (including 2 teenagers) enjoyed the hotel. It was clean, quiet, and the free buffet breakfast had a good variety. It was nice to walk in Old Town with many little shops and close by restaurants. Cafe coyote Mexican food was good.

Front desk staff, Chris and Asst Manager Alejandro were amazing. Breakfast was tasty and varied daily. Rooms need some TLC from wear and tear. Beds could be softer. Other than that, the stay was fine. If the hotel gets some updates, there is no reason 10 stars can’t be awarded.

Spacious room. Nice staff. Basic hotel, nothing fancy. Can't say the picture of the lobby looks anything like this, btw... Decent restaurants nearby. For the business needs my group had, place was just fine and very reasonable.
