Newly renovated one bedroom luxury apartment located 2 blocks from the beach! Restaurants, pubs, and Ocean Beach / Dog Beach are within a 2 block radius.

This property features an open floor plan with a well equipped kitchen, high-end finishes/appliances, air conditioning, stackable washer/dryer (in unit), 4K TVs, WiFi/high speed internet (ATT fiber), full-size pull out sofa sleeper, and designated parking.

This bright and spacious 1 bedroom apartment is a short 2 block walk to the beach and close to everything in Ocean Beach! This apartment is approximately 550 square feet and is the west-facing unit located upstairs.

The open living room contains plenty of windows to take advantage of ocean breezes. The sofa sectional sits across from a wall-mounted 55” flat-screen TV. The kitchen is part of the same open space, allowing easy flow between the areas.

The bathroom has been newly remodeled and has multiple towel racks and hooks.

The bedroom features a queen bed, TV, closet and wall mirror.

The unit also contains a private washer/dryer, heating and air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi.

Guests are given an electronic key code to access the apartment. One garage parking space is provided. Small to medium sized cars are best. Oversized vehicles may not fit. The garage size is 76` tall, 90` wide and 18.5 feet long.

Guests are required to verify their identity with our third-party provider before check-in. To provide our guests and properties with extra protection, guests agree to pay a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.

Ocean Beach is a vibrant beach community in San Diego, CA, known for its laid-back vibe and beautiful sunsets. Conveniently located 5 miles from the San Diego International Airport, Ocean Beach offers many recreational activities, walkable access to restaurants, pubs, shopping, and community events, and hosts the longest concrete pier on the west coast.

It is easy to get around by walking in Ocean Beach! Ample street parking is available. Bicycles and scooters are also available to rent nearby.

The apartment is furnished with bath towels, beach towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. A Pack N Play and high chair are available upon request.

This rental was absolutely perfect for our San Diego vacation! It's extremely close to a ton of different restaurants, and a quick walk over to the beach which our dog was very happy about. I would definitely recommend and stay here again, it was a wonderful neighborhood and a lovely apartment!

This is a wonderful property to stay at if you're looking for a trip down the shore with the family, dogs included! My husband and I stayed here with our 16 month old son and two border collies. The location is a nice balance of being close to the beach (about a 20 minute drive to Wildwood) with also being in a quiet residential neighborhood. The fenced in backyard was perfect for the dogs to run around in and made for easy bathroom trips. The house is a great set up for a small family. It was so nice having a washer and dryer to be able to wash bathing suits throughout the week we stayed here. There is a beach on the bay a short walk away, but due to the time of year we visited it was restricted due to migratory bird season. Overall I would recommend this rental to others who are looking for a nice place to stay near the beach with a young child and dogs!

We waren als koppel daar met onze hond, perfect afgesloten tuin. Bruno stond ons op te wachten en we kregen zeer goede rondleiding in het huis en over de streek om te wandelen..Zeer mooie omgeving om te wandelen..Wij zijn helaas voortijdig moeten vertrekken omdat de hond ziek was, klein berichtje en Bruno en klaar !!...ik zou dit echt aanraden voor een gezin met 2 kinderen anders zoals vermeld voor 7 personen toch wel krap hoor met 1 zetel voor 3 personen...Verder zeker top
