This newly remodeled home is perfect for the family vacation, business events, retreats, etc. after 10 years of hosting, 20,000 of satisfied guests, over 1,500 combined positive reviews, and amazing feedback from our fabulous guests, we finally completed our dream project. this gem was passionately and especially created to be the very best vrbo. houses sit on a huge 10,000 square foot lot. can accommodate up to 24 guests.

**PLEASE READ PROPERTY DESCRIPTION FOR EXACT DETAILS**

uniquely designed property sits on 10,000 square feet lot with two separate houses.
- house one has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen
- house two is identical with 3-bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen.
- two houses combined have a total of 7 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms.
- both houses together have a total of 5 bedrooms with high-end queen size bunk beds, 2 bedrooms have a king size in each bedroom. a total of 12 beds. 3 of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.
- included are pool/spa, bbq, outdoor dining, games and enough parking for 8 cars.
**worth noting**
- we list up to 24 total guests assuming 2 guests share each bed.
- this app only allows us to list up to 16 guests.
- there are extra charges per each guest after 12 guests.

Great location with pool

All of my guests enjoyed the property. It was exactly as listed. The queen bunk beds were spacious for a larger group like I had. Having a pool was convenient to relax and grill. I would book again.

Graduation trip

The two houses sharing a pool was ideal for my three adult children to have space separate from the eldest daughter and her children. Everyone was able to spend time voluntarily. Worked out well.

Great house for lots of people. Very clean at check in and had lots of cool amenities that were wonderful for a big party. The pool was big enough for chilling for a bunch of grown men. The spa was also nice and we used the grill to make some dinner for 12 people. I would be careful if your party has light sleepers. All beds are incredibly loud and shaky. They will wake up any light sleeper. The doors and walls are paper thin too. There are only 2 mini splits per house, so someone in your party runs hot, this might be an issue. Only one bedroom had cooling. Lastly, if youre worried about the neighborhood youre in, this one isnt the prettiest but we felt safe the whole time. Otherwise a fantastic place for hosting a weekend gateaway for friends.

About a week out from our stay I began receiving a daily message from the host with reminders and rules. 1 message with all of the necessary info would have been more helpful than what felt like constant messages which were at times contradictory.We were a group of 12 and the property is listed for 16. We had local family that was planning to come spend time with us while we relaxed at the house. While I can understand the need to discourage parties, messaging from the host shifted from please let us know if there will be visitors to "no one outside of the reservation is permitted on the property." Had I known that information up front I likely wouldn't have reserved the space and I ended up feeling paranoid that we would be under surveillance if anyone else stepped foot on the property. I had to turn away a family friend who wanted to join us for fear that the hosts would cancel our reservation or fine us for having an extra person over.They said no less than 3x that we would not be allowed to check-in before 4pm, and made it clear that we would be turned away if we showed up prior to that time. My family arrived at 4:15 only to find a locked gate and no instructions for how to open it. Then the host was unresponsive, leaving my family in almost 90 heat for an hour before finally responding to VRBO support.Would not rent again, and wish I had known how strict their rules were in advance so I could have cancelled my reservation for a full refund.
