First from the beginning they double charged my card. Get to our room and of course it doesn’t look like it showed in the picture. Dingy, outdated, walls were dirty, tile flooring needed to be replaced. The walls are very thin. Then in the morning went to get ready for the day and there were ants all over the bathroom. All over the sink, the towels, floor, tub etc. So they switched our rooms and the room they switched us to was more like the room we were suppose to have. Young gal that we delt with was very sweet she tried.

Do not let your loved ones stay here

The rooms smelled, it was dirty, the patch and paint was a horrible job. did not look anything like the pictures. Description said they had a microwave, there was no microwave in my room. My daughter has allot of allergies so I like to have a microwave to heat her food . The Hot tub did not work & the maintenance man said that the Hot Tub had not worked for awhile. Horrible place to stay.

I was disappointed they didn't have bottles for of water available for guests. And the water cooler was locked up after breakfast. Overall the bed was comfortable the bathroom was gorgeous I feel breakfast could've been better and not hiding the fridge behind a cabinet would've been great.

Upon arrival, room 307's door would not open; we had to be moved to room 311. Room 311 had a plumbing problem gassy smell. Flared my asthma. Manager offered to refund 50.00 to my account--still waiting.

When you first go to the 3rd floor you automatically get hit with the smell. When opening my room I got hit with an even worse smell that lingered on for the whole weekend. I went downstairs to tell front desk the day I checked in and all they can do for me was give me air freshener. The mini fridge wasn’t very good and in the pictures it showed I should have a microwave. There was no microwave to be seen a room look completely rundown. Very disappointed with my stay.

Helpful and Friendly!

Our Housekeeper was great! She was helpful and Friendly and provided what we needed. The Breakfast staff was also Friendly and Helpful.

The room smelled like water damage and mold .I made a complaint about it. Because it was hard to breathe. The hot tub wasn’t working There were ants in the room. There’s is literally no microwave unit in the room like the description states. The fridge wasn’t working and the iron was missing. Definitely not worth the price. It was a horrible place to stay at.
