We arrived and there was plenty of parking in the garage, signed in to the Inn and the staff was excellent! We went up to checkout our room and it was fabulous! Clean, looked wonderful, spacious great lighting and services! I would absolutely come back to Cow Hallow again when visiting San Francisco! Thank you for this special place to stay!

The remodeled rooms are excellent. Tasteful furnishings, silent climate control, cordial, efficient staff, secure parking, very comfortable bed. Two very minor issues: Motels still do not give you a soft pillow option. I prefer down or down-like. I found a long, black hair on the floor in the bathroom - housekeeper or guest (definitely not mine!)

Pros: The staff were helpful and communicative, it was a decent area during the day with good dining, the room was clean and the private parking was a big plus. Cons: The street was terribly loud at night and it constantly woke us up. This is probably an old building, but the lack of insulation in the windows was tough. People would drive by at all hours of the night revving their engines super loud and you could hear people walking by chatting even when we were a story above. The beds were also not very comfortable. Overall, I probably wouldn’t stay here again. But for the price, location, and parking I’d recommend it. Just wear earplugs.
