The bathroom was very unsafe. There was a 6” drop from the shower to the bathroom floor. When stepping out, I hit the floor, slid and badly injured myself, making any vacationing impossible. Sad also because the hotel was otherwise quite nice. There was a safety warning on the sliders about a 1” differential. Crazy there’s no sign in the bathroom.

Great location, good check-in and clean hotel/room. Downstairs cafe was open in the afternoon but only serves breakfast-type food, so we had to walk to get lunch. The room decor was minimalistic - rubber carpet floor and plain white walls. Our room was not serviced during the day - we did press the "service room" button in the morning, but nothing happened. We also called for towel service in the afternoon, but no one bothered. Nobody asked how our stay was during check out, so here we are. PS: The service robots roaming the hotel are freaky.

The staff was amazing. The room was modern with a lot of automated blinds, a Keurig machine, etc. The bed and pillows were comfortable . It was close to Oracle park and Chase Center. There were a lot of food options nearby and an outdoor miniature golf course. We will definitely stay here again.

Staff were friendly and attentive, the room was very clean and modern with much appreciated high tech amenities. Chase Center and Oracle park are a close walking distance. Unfortunately, we were not advised until arrival that roof restaurant was closed for a private event. Even though we were disappointed that we didn’t have our roof top dinner, we would definitely stay here again.

The room was very modern and comfortable. Staff was very polite and the rooftop bar was a treat. Super fun bar and restaurant!

Staff was great but the room was infested with ants and we did not get an upgrade which was a bit odd. I would definitely recommend this hotel as soon as they fix the ant issue (if it is persisting).

My son and I stay at this hotel about 2 to 3 times a year to see a Warriors game. The location is great, and the staff are friendly and helpful. We used their valet parking which was $90 (plus tax). We did unfortunately have one setback during our stay, which is a plugged sink. I notified the front desk. It was annoying because every time we went to wash our hands or brush our teeth it would clog up. So hoping they get that fixed for the next person who stays in that room!
