The rooms were nice but we were put in the second building even though breakfast is served in the main building, which was annoying to walk outside when cold, cant imagine how terrible it'll be if it rained. Their fire alarm system short circuited late at night (around 9:30 - 10 pm) which woke us up. Then their ice machine wasn't working, kept telling us it was delayed 60 minutes and just stayed at 60 minutes for over 2 hours. We were also told the rooms automatically get cleaned on the third day of your stay but our room was forgotten about. Called to at least get fresh towels but even though I called a few times, never received the towels. Their elevators had also stopped working after the fire alarm incident and had to call 3 times in order to get an update since we were on the 4th floor (already tired from walking around all day). Also, parking isn't free, for 2 nights it costs $47 - $48. Also, the walls are thin, could hear the kids from a family 3 doors down yelling. Their coffee maker looks like it's never been cleaned either which is disgusting. It seems that the quality of service that you receive depends on how much you pay. All in all, even though it's close to the airport, I highly recommend you find somewhere else.

There was a power outage the very next day after we check inn that lasted 2 hours _10.30 to 12.30 . We were informed at the time we checked inn, on 09/28/2025. We have to change our plans due to that and leave the hotel earlier on 09/29/2025.
