It was a good hotel, located in a really convenient place for my trip. The only downside I had was that there was hair in the bed. But they moved me to a different room and it was great besides that.
Comfy beds, secure, cheap.

Had to walk to a whole another hotel for anything we needed, including towels. We couldn’t even get a crib for our son either even when they post about free cribs being available.
We stayed for 4 nights in the queen long stay room. It is just down the street from Bart, cable car, bus stops and Union Station plaza. There was no staff on site. You check in around the corner at Hotel Stratford. If you need extra towels etc. you just call them and they bring it. Room had full size toiletries and was simple and clean. Good value for the price if you don't need anything fancy. We spend most of our time out of room so just need a place to sleep and shower. This served the purpose. It was not too noisy inside hotel just a little street noise outside. We were on 2nd floor. Would stay here again.
Very basic. Not even plastic cups for water and didn’t offer baggage storage aside from paying $8 per bag across the street of the Stratford. No air conditioning.
My partner and I stayed here for 4 nights. Both of us hardly slept either of the nights due to the heater making extremely loud banging sounds all throughout the night. It was so loud we thought someone was breaking in the first night it happened and we were quite shaken up and scared. Will never stay here again. The room itself was clean though so I’ll give it that. Otherwise; terrible experience.
I came to SF for business trip overnight stay and I gotta say the check-in location is in a whole different checking lobby at the Straton hotel. Instructions are subpar and god forbid your car does not get towed
Knew that there wasn't going to be somebody at the front desk during certain hours but nobody was there during the duration of my stay, even though it was stated on the website that there would be people avail during certain hours.
Building has a bit of a smell. Elevator is a little clunky.
But it's an ok cheap spot. Happy that I got my own washroom
The room was screaming noise on and off every 20 minutes through the night/early morning. Not sure if it is piping, heating, or what, but literally unbearable to get rest to and be happy about.
Great hotel at a great price right in the heart of the city. Ross, Target, Traderjoes and the bart all just a short walk away. Perfect for people on an extended stay. The beef stew at The king of Thai noodle restaurant is outstanding.
I love this place! If you want a basic place to sleep this is your spot. I worry abiut their elevstor though. The guides on the thing are worn and can go bad soon. Otherwise i love this placs!

This property does not offer luggage storage, a pretty standard amenity. Yes, there are third party places that store luggage, bit that is a pretty tall ask of guests when they are already checking in at a separate hotel
