Includes use of surf board locker just steps from the beach. 7 miles of white sand beaches, a beautiful swimming pool, hot tubs, poolside lounge chairs, ocean front tables, outdoor shower, and lawn area. Organic memory foam queen size bed, fully stocked kitchen, BBQ, TV (DVD & streaming only) & a small but good selection of movies, internet, dual climate Air Conditioning for bedroom/condo, in unit washer dryer, fitness room, 24 hour closed security, elevator, tennis courts and convenient 5 min access to charming downtown San Jose del Cabo, super market, golf, restaurants, hiking trails and much more. Less than 20 minutes to airport and 20 mins to Cabo San Lucas. Costa Azul surf shop / rentals / lessons across the street. Super friendly atmosphere with owners and guests.
