Step directly from the building onto San José del Cabo's stunning 7-mile white sandy beach. Located on the 2nd floor, the condo offers privacy, ocean views, and easy access without too many stairs.

This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo spans 2,750 sq ft, including a 650 sq ft private veranda, and comfortably sleeps up to 6 adults. Professionally decorated in a Hacienda style, it features terracotta floors, designer Mexican tilework, and curated artwork throughout.
The fully stocked kitchen includes all appliances, cookware, and utensils for a gourmet experience. Linens and pool/beach towels are provided.

Everything was fine. The unit could use some updating and attention to some deferred maintenance items. W/D needs servicing. The primary screen door is non-functioning. The furniture could use a good shampoo. Aside from that, a nice stay.

Good if you retired or boring

The property itself is very nice and serene. The location is local to markets and restaurants just a block or two away, within walking distance. The pools are great as well as the small fridge and ice machine by the pools. The beach is beautiful, and you can walk for miles. The view from the unit is also outstanding. However, we had a small 3" Bluetooth speaker playing not even loud, just in the background as we spoke, and we had other renters tell us the owner's frown on music at the pool. Hmmm, this is SJDC. We also had a volleyball that we tossed around 3 ft from each other trying not to let it hit the water and count how far we can go. We were then told no balls in the pools. This doesn't make sense because there were only us (6) in the pools nobody else both times (both pools). The A/C in the master bedroom doesn't work too well either (it was locked?), but the remaining parts of the unit were great with the A/C, nice and cool. Also, they need to take more care of the floor mopping. I took a shower after being at the beach all day and within an hour the bottom of my feet were black from walking around inside the unit. I am not able to post a photo here. Overall, we had a great time. Don't get me wrong, we are all over 50 years old and have been to SJDC a dozen times. If you want boring and quiet this is the place for you.

#204 Las Mananitas

We stayed for 2 weeks in Feb. The grounds around the facility and the maintenance of the pools and barbecues are exemplary. The staff are pleasant and the location is perfect for walking, getting groceries and visiting restaurants. However, we found communication with the host to be very stressful and enquiries were usually ignored. For example, we didn’t find out the location or access to our unit until after 4 PM on the day of our arrival, and only then because another unrelated staff person at the complex assisted us in contacting the host. The layout of the unit is very comfortable for 3 couples or a family. However, we found the unit to not be as clean as we expect, the lighting to be dim, and stained towels and linens.With a little TLC and Reno’s it could be lovely in a beautiful setting.

Great property, laid back and quiet the way we like it. I wish they had responded to my enquiries about check in; starting a week before the trip when we hadn’t heard anything. Didn’t sleep for 4 nights before the trip because 6 seniors were flying to Mexico, didn’t know if we had a place or not. Finally emailed us the unit number and entry code at 3:00 pm day of check in. I understand check in isn’t supposed to be until 4:00, still, being ghosted is s strange way to make your point.

Peaceful retreat

What a great place! The location was within walking distance to La Comer as well as a selection of small restaurants and a few shops. Easy Uber ride to San Jose or Cabo San Lucas. It was clean, cool, and comfortable. The grounds were well kept and as others have said, it's quiet. This isn't a party location. Security is very helpful. Only feedback is to keep food in the fridge because sugar ants were quick. And the hot water was hit or miss, but it was so hot that we didn't care. AC was EXCEPTIONAL! Thanks so much for a great stay!

Great location

We love and stay at Las Mananitas quite a bit. This condo location is closer to the ocean with great view of the pool. Condo was clean and everything was in working order. Only complaint is we only had 4 beach towels for a 3 bedroom. Certainly did not ruin our vacation! Thank you!

Beautiful property in a great location

I was a little hesitant to book this property because of the lack of reviews. But I learned that it is also listed on another site and there are tons of 5 star reviews there. I booked on Vrbo because of the more favorable cancellation policy- but was glad to see all those reviews elsewhere. The condo itself was wonderful and spotlessly clean. But the location is what makes it incredible. First the setting - this condo is in Phase one of Las Mananitas so it directly overlooks the gorgeous oceanfront pool. Our favorite times were spent on the spacious and well appointed balcony looking out at the pool area, and the ocean beyond. The pool area was super quiet and uncrowded- which was perfect for us. If you are looking for excitement, or have kids- this is not the place for you- but we loved it! It is less than 10 minute walk to a huge grocery store (almost like a walmart) and several (very Americanized) shops and restaurants. There are a couple nice, more local restaurants behind/below the Mega grocery. Las Mananitas is in the 'hotel zone"- where basically there are resorts on the ocean side and shops/restaurants on the other side of the road- so lots of restaurants in easy walking distance.. Most are very americanized (have menus in english)- you need to go into downtown San Jose del Cabo (about 2 miles away) for more authentic options. We rented bikes at a shop across from the Royal Decameron and biked into town. A bit uphill on the way home, but not bad. Also Ubers are cheap and easy. We were going to rent a car but decided not to and were happy with our decision. We booked an airport shuttle with All the Time Cabo and were very pleased. We took a day trip to Cabo San Lucas by taking the bus (40 pesos each). The bus stop is very close by but a little tricky to find (ask the security guard at the gate for directions). The only drawback is the beach is not swimmable- but most beaches in the area are not. All in all we loved this place and hope to come back! One other random trip- everywhere takes US dollars- so no need to get pesos. But bring plenty of cash- some places won't take credit cards- and those that do will charge extra.
