You will LOVE this beachfront retreat—right on the sand and a short walk to the FAMOUS LUQUILLO KIOSKS for amazing local dining! Just 10 minutes from EL YUNQUE, the only U.S. tropical rainforest, with waterfalls, hiking, and zip lines. Only 11 miles from one of the world’s brightest Bioluminescent Bays, and the ferry to Vieques & Culebra is just 10 minutes away. Plus, you're only 40 minutes from San Juan and the airport!

Everything is conveniently located and easily accessible to your relaxing outdoor living space. Includes a spacious parking area. The entire home is enclosed with walls and gates, so you’ll feel completely safe and secure. The beach stretches for miles on either side of this property but directly in front of the property sand levels vary throughout the year, especially from October to March. During high tide or strong swells, the sand may be submerged underwater ONLY in the front. Please keep this in mind when planning your beach activities. But the beach stretches on both sides for miles with many activities available.
This property has a full-house generator in case of power outages.
