"Great property, great location right on the beach! The food was great at Cilantro, but the buffet was better at Rose which was a short walk around the corner. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The blanco has a small, antiquated gym, but you also have access to the very robust gym and spa at the Rose. The rooms were nice, but a little outdated. The room AC blew strong, cold air but was very loud. Overall great stay, I would come back."

"We absolutely loved villa del palmar. We reserved two 2 bedroom suites and requested to get them close to each other and ocean view if possible and they were able to do that for us. Food was 10/10, everything was so delicious and the nightly shows were fantastic. My family and I loved this resort and can't wait to come back. The only downside was that we traveled with 3 kids and the jaccuzi says no kids under 16 years old are allowed in jaccuzzi which was inconvenient because there were some days that were cold and they needed to warm up. "
