I rented this motel because there were reviews that said it was 10 out of 10 so when I went in, I was sceptical and asked the front desk to ensure that we got a renovated room that was clean. He assured us we were getting the premier room when we open the door, there were bugs crawling on the bed on the wall on the windowsill. There was a person‘s fake eyelash still stuck to the wall. The baseboards were filthy, and the bathroom had more in it because I rented it late or confirmed it late it said that it was nonrefundable. I believe that our money should be refunded because it was in inhabitable. There was no way that we could stay in a room that was so dirty so I had to rent another room in Saskatoon and I believe that it was misrepresented not only through the reviews, but also the front desk staff.
If you expand this picture, you will see a bug crawling on the pillow. You will see one on the windowsill as well, and one by the heater.
If you expand this picture, you’ll see the fake eyelash still stuck on the wall and all the damage to the wall I could give many other pictures if needed

BED BUGS. And the photos online do not match the actual room I was rented. This place is a complete dump and the room smells like cigarettes, like baked into the walls stench. I have more than 30 bed bug bites all over my body after staying there. The place is infested, be warned. Believe all the terrible reviews already written. They just renamed this place and put it under “new management,” but it was condemned by the city not long ago. Walls, floors, furniture, EVERYTHING, is dirty. I truly tried to find other accommodations but everything was sold out. It’s a hard lesson to learn; next time I’ll sleep in my car 😕 Bed bugs are not worth it!

On the Expedia site it stated there was Airport shuttle. That wasnt true. I asked for a pick up in the morning and the front desk guy said they dont offer that. The room was pretty. lean and made up well but smelled bad and there were about a dozen flies buzzing around and landing on my head or face all night...The parking lot is DARK at night. No lights really and it felt sketchy as I was leaving at 3am.... lots of traffic in and out of my neighbors room all night also....

The pictures uploaded on expedia are not the same as the place looks. It is the most terrible place I have ever stayed at. Sink got blocked, carpet looked like 100 years old. Shower tub had so many black marks and broken chips. Toilet seat looked terrible.Room was full of flies and mosquitoes. I closed the curtains and the curtain stick came off. They should really consider renovating this place because this place has big health and safety issue.
