There was black hair on the shampoo and body wash containers. There also was a couple in the pool around 9pm that were acting extremely inappropriate. There was lots of children around, I ended up leaving because it was making me extremely uncomfortable. If that want to do that type of behaviour do it behind closed doors not in a pool full of kids.

We had a girls 12yr old birthday party here. Had 2 adjoining rooms. The intent was to go water sliding and hang out in the pool. The water slide was closed for approx an hour (our group arrived at the pool between 4:30-5pm. I don’t recall reading it was closed at a certain time when I booked). The pool felt super packed. This lead to a very disappointing party. The gentlemen I spoke to on the phone before I booked was incredibly helpful. He is actually the reason I booked here as opposed to a different hotel.

Trying to swim with a bunch of boys and they kept turning off the water slide to fold towels, etc. All the children have their parents with them so safety is not a concern. Most of the people there were getting in a quick swim before checkout and with no water slide it was very disappointing.
