The service experience was not good at all, the cafeteria was very bad, the food did not follow nutritional guidelines, they did not help with luggage, they did not indicate where the room was and there was no accompaniment, the cafeteria spaces had flies, you could not eat that bad food, well in short, I do not want to return nor do I recommend it

The hotel was very clean, room service came daily. The continental breakfast was good. Loved the pool area. The hot tub was actually hot (alot aren't!). Desk people knowledgeable and friendly.

The property was okay but it said on the hotel website that there was a restaurant and there was none. That was inconvenient and disappointing as I am limited in mobility and could not go out for food and became very hungry. If I had known in advance I’d have brought food with me. As well, the shower curtain on the walk in shower was too short and water leaked all over the bathroom floor. This limited my mobility more as I feared falling. All in all, I was not impressed with the hotel.

Checkin was quick and painless. Room was great and the pool area was fantastic (yay!! Waterslide!!). We only stayed one night but slept like the dead when bedtime arrived and the kids had a great time at the pool. I could strongly urge the hotel to invest in some lifejackets for use by kids.
