This 606 sq ft premier luxurious smart condo offers everything one needs for a restful stay. Its 97 walk score makes it a walker’s paradise, offering unparalleled access to grocery stores, fine dining, boutique stores, parks and attractions. Its fully stocked kitchen featuring quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances can quickly entice you to stay home and make delicious meals for yourself & your travel companion. A baby crib and utensils are also available on site to meet the needs of new parents. Getting around town cannot be easier, either: multiple bus routes are within arms reach, and the parking spot in the secure garage enables you to roll in w/ your vehicle like you own the place. Guest Access
Equipped with a digital smart lock, this condo enables you to check in and check out on your own time. Two sets of physical keys to the trashroom, as well as door (garage/main building entrance/elevator) fobs are located in the unit and will be available to the guests once they check in.

Enhanced Cleaning
The condo is fully cleaned, sanitized and disinfected after each guest. We take care of our VRBO the way we take care of our own home.

Top-notch hotel-like bedroom
A queen-size bed, fitted with premium-quality bed sheets and 7 pillows await you to catch some Z-Z-Zs. Oversized windows fitted with aluminum blinds and full-blackout curtains enable you to control the amount of sunlight in the room to your liking.

The two nightstands, one on each side of the bed, are fitted with night lamps for the avid mid-night readers.

A Graco Travel Lite baby crib is located in the hallway closet to suit the needs of new parents.

The alarm clock is just an arm reach away, and ready to wake you up as instructed, while the USB-C cables conveniently placed on each night stand offer easy phone/tablet charging while you sleep.

A 1.23 cu. ft. waterproof & fireproof safe is located in the bedroom closet, offering a peace of mind and plenty of space to store your valuables.

A leather sectional is conveniently placed in front of a 60’’ smart TV. An Amazon Echo Show 8 is ready to take your voice commands and/or play your favorite tunes, while an Amazon air quality monitor continuously checks the indoor air quality.

The smart thermostat can easily be set to your preferred temperature by saying “Alexa set the thermostat in the living room to X degrees”, while the lights can be turned on or off, or dimmed to any level by saying “Alexa turn on the lights to X %”.

Both a ceiling fan and a Dyson portable fan are available for your convenience. A portable AC can quickly be window-mounted to provide additional comfort.

Oversized, south-facing windows fitted with aluminum blinds enable you to enjoy natural sunlight on any day of the year. As an added bonus, you can enjoy peek-a-boo views of the Seattle skyline from the comfort of the living room.

Smart Home Automation
A 55’’ QLED smart TV is centrally located in the living room. Smart thermostats control the temperature in the living room and the bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with internet-connected, voice-controlled, dimmable lights. The indoor air quality is monitored by an Amazon Air Quality monitor. The front door security is overseen by a Wyze camera. An Amazon Echo Show 8 enables you to play your favorite tunes on demand, in addition to managing all other smart devices throughout the house.

Other Things to Note
The condo is best suited for 2 guests. A third guest can stay & sleep on the couch in the living room. Twin-size bed sheets, duvet and 2 pillows are located in the closet.

The condo is located on the 3rd floor. Guests must climb 2 flights of stairs – there’s no elevator.

Check-in was effortless. The kitchen was useful for a short stay. Wi-fi was fast and secure. It wasn’t close to a subway stop, so driving or ride-sharing is a necessity. The location is great enough that you don’t need a vehicle if you keep it local.

Modern and well appointed small condo with bright natural light. Spotlessly clean. Corner unit on upper floor provided treetop views, privacy and quiet. We had difficulty at first with the entry code instructions and Martin responded immediately. Highly recommend the Grand Central Bakery and Cafe nearby for their terrific pastries, coffee or a quick breakfast or lunch. We really enjoyed the variety of bars and restaurants this neighborhood had to offer.

Great location and wonderful space.

Perfect to walk anywhere in the Wallingford neighborhood. Appreciated the parking space so we could also drive anywhere in the Seattle area. Comfortable bed and well stocked lichen. Love the upper floor views.

The property was very clean and access was no problem. The location is very good with it being very close to many places to eat. Would definitely recommend and am considering staying there again this fall. Having a secure parking space is a big plus since parking in the area is scarce.

Chic and convenient

We were dropping off a kid at college and decided to extend the stay to a vacation. This apartment had everything we needed. One of us worked a few days and the office desk (a stand-up if you wanted it) was fantastic. The bathroom is huge and gorgeous. The apartment has absolutely everything you need. The hosts were incredibly generous with the shelf-stable condiments, coffee, tea, sugar, etc. The only drawback is getting in. The listing pictures show the main entrance to the building. Unfortunately, this apartment isn't actually inside the building. It's like a motel next door. You have to go in a separate entrance gate (same code for both the main door and the gate) and up three flights of stairs (first one is a small flight). When you're coming and going from the place frequently I think it's important to know about all those steps. Especially for guests who have any sort of limited physical mobility, it's important to know this up front. We did not have limited physical mobility and we workout daily but still found this slightly frustrating on vacation. But the rest of the place is so fantastic, it's easy to overlook this. It's also worth noting on the check-in instructions that you have to go up to the third floor apartment to get the key fob to open the garage door before you can park the car. But boy, that parking space sure does come in handy! This is a popular neighborhood and conveniently close to campus, without actually being on campus. I would recommend it again.

a few key things were missing

the location is excellent, and the condo is very nice. Although we didn't use them, I appreciate the array of weights, yoga mats, games and toys provided. However, sheets and pillows and a for the verified third adult would have been much more useful. It was only by coincidence that I happened to have a fleece blanket along, and we gave our son a pillow off our bed. Also, very important, please include a photo with the listing to show the main door, the garage entrance, and the entrance we actually use. We had a scary moment thinking the apartment did not exist.
