Older, nothing fancy, bathroom floor needs some work but nothing hazardous. If your looking for a nice, quiet, comfortable place to stay and feel at home, this is it.
Excellent location and price; met all our needs well. Super close to restaurants, brew pub, grocery, Link station. Daylight basement location is still bright and also quieter than other rentals on N Beacon Hill (flight path). Know before you go: Nespresso maker but no pods; electric kettle but no tea bags; 2 ladles but no spatulas or mixing spoons, empty salt & pepper shakers, bathroom floor tiles aren't adhered properly... but what do you want for this discounted price. We had access to only ONE parking spot - not two - but needed only one, so OK. My ONLY gripe is that the shower curtain is gross and needs to be replaced.
The stay was pleasant. Convenient location.Checkin didnât go smooth as the door was locked with the key along with the smart lock and the instruction only provided info for the smart lock. Calling in got it quickly resolved. There were multiple coffee machines but no coffee.TV was connected to chrome cast but it wasnât straight forward. The bathroom floors are coming off.
My parents came to stay so they could visit me (weâre just 2 blocks away) after I recently was diagnosed with late stage cancer. Two bits of feedback:1) The door was very tricky to open (even my husband had difficulty).2) We ended up buying a Roku stick so they could watch tv. I think the property owner should supply something like this.
