The cottage is very private, with a totally separate entrance and a small private yard with outdoor seating. There is off street parking for one car.

The entire cottage is yours!

There is a keypad entry system, so check in is very easy. I am available by phone, text or in person. If I happen to be traveling, my next door neighbor, who is delightful, steps in to look after my guests. If this is the case I will let you know in advance so you have her contact information. I love meeting people, but I respect the privacy of my guests.

The cottage is close to fantastic bars and restaurants, ethnic food places, a farmer's market, shops, an old-time movie theater, a natural market for great take-out, a bakery, and the shores of Lake Washington—all within a 10-minute walk.

The Link Light Rail is a 10-15 minute walk from the cottage and can whisk you to and from the airport, downtown, stadiums, Capitol Hill, and the University District. Buses run up and down Rainier Avenue for other destinations. Seattle also has UBER, Lyft, and cab service, and the cottage comes with a parking space. But lots of guest find that they don't need a car.
