At 1,200 square feet, this home is significantly larger than typical Seattle two-bedroom rentals — about 30 to 50 percent more floor space than most comparable listings in the area, which means real room to spread out instead of feeling cramped. The open-concept living room is light-filled and designed for groups to actually hang out in together rather than retreating to separate corners.

Abraham was super responsive whenever I had questions. This is by far the best place and location to stay when in Seattle. Far enough away from downtown that you can enjoy the calmness but close enough where you can go downtown and enjoy Pikes Market. Would definitely stay here again!

Family Birthday at Seattle Glass Blowing Studio followed by Chihuly Exhibit

Couldn't have been a more perfect weekend for a family birthday celebration. Ended up renting all three condos (1st-3rd floor). Host, Abraham was fantastic: helped us get situated (rented last condo at last minute) as well as ensuring all of our needs were met. Great location next to Lake Union and nearby amenities (grocery store, restaurants, coffee shop, etc). Lovely streets to walk along and view the shore/house boats. Convenient to downtown (5-10 min drive). Uber available within mins. Highly recommend.
