Bright, spacious second-floor home with Lake Union views and a private balcony — the kind of place where morning coffee watching seaplanes take off becomes the signature memory of your trip.

At 1,200 square feet, this home is significantly larger than typical Seattle two-bedroom rentals — about 30 to 50 percent more floor space than most comparable listings in the area, which means real room to spread out instead of feeling cramped. The open-concept living room is light-filled and designed for groups to actually hang out in together rather than retreating to separate corners.
