We really enjoyed our stay! The staff was friendly, accessible and helpful. The size of the room was great. It didn’t feel cramped and the bathroom was large with all of the items we needed for our stay. The breakfast in the lobby as well as the bar were a great bonus. The staff there was also great. They were busy, but worked fast and were very nice and efficient. Perfect location for hitting all of the tourist sites. You can easily walk to the space needle, Pacific science museum, Chihuly garden, and Museum of Pop culture, as well as the monorail to get you quickly downtown. You can also easily walk to the Olympic sculpture gardens or any of the northern piers.

Hotel lobby and room were very clean. Staff was kind, attentive and most helpful. The food at the bistro was fair at best but the grab and go breakfast sandwich was excellent. The atmosphere was quirky and fun!!! I would stay here again.

We were here overnight prior to starting a cruise. My only negative observation was the staffing in the breakfast cafe. The one young woman staffing the cafe did her job well but she was solo and the wait was long during a heavy time. I acknowledge that it’s difficult to staff for variable crowd levels but it was the only option for breakfast.

I had an incredible stay at The Grand Orchid Hotel! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making check-in a breeze. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated with a stunning city view. I especially appreciated the luxurious bedding and the thoughtful touches like complimentary snacks and a handwritten welcome note. Breakfast was a highlight—delicious options with fresh, local ingredients. The concierge went above and beyond to help with dinner reservations and sightseeing tips.
