"We absolutely loved our stay. The room was way nicer than we expected. We had a Jacuzzi suite with a balcony. The room had a kitchenette with cups, plates and silverware, coffee, tea and water restocked daily. It was super clean and probably the quietest room we've ever stayed in. The location in St Catherines is very convenient - walk to Starbucks, Sobeys, Subway, barBURRITO, LCBO... pretty much everything you would need. And it's only a 20 minute and very scenic drive to NOTL. The hotel has attached businesses such as a spa and an Italian restaurant which we did not eat at but it seemed to be very popular. The architecture and decor of the hotel is beautiful. My only minor complaints are that the TV was a bit complicated to use and we had to call for assistance, and the lighting in the bathroom was not great for putting on makeup. We would absolutely stay here again!"
