A very pleasant stay.

Pros: Close restaurants, Quiet
Cons: Poor breakfast

Poor management/services

Cons: Poor breakfast
Arrived at 3PM room was not ready. Waited for an hour and a half, was told room was ready. Got to the room just as house keeping started to clean it. Stayed with a group that gets together every year, management did everything they could to make us feel unwelcome. Have stayed at other Holiday Inn's without issue. Hopefully this is just this hotel's problem and not a new management style for Holiday Inn. Also, very poor internet if that matters to you.

Price was nice.....Hotel was NOT!

I booked this hotel due to the low price...what was not mentioned was that this hotel is under MAJOR construction right now! They are adding more floors to the top of the hotel. We were on the lowest level and out window looked out to construction equipment and debris. Our room was worn and the wall paper was torn in many places, the toilet ran the whole time and we saw ants in the room. Had issues getting the free breakfast coupon that was offered when I booked. Was told that I would have to come back everyday of our 4 day stay to get a new coupon. No one was every at the desk to help me. Decided to give up on the free breakfast coupons. Would have to wait for someone to notice me from the back office area. Was asked by the hotel staff if I was a psychic...which I found very strange.....later found out the weekend of our stay there was a Psychic Fair in the hotel ballroom. I would not recommend this hotel.

Under construction

The hotel is under construction. The travel agency does not say anything about this. Dust everywhere, at 7 am the work starts and is a lot o noise. Rooms are outdated.

front desk best

upon arrival - front desk staff were very helpful. We had a wedding to go to midafternoon and both these girls did everything they could to make sure we were looked after. GREAT SERVICE GIRLS! the rooms were standard bu thten I overheard about the renovations that will be taking place. We can't wait to be back.
