I enjoyed my stay. The room was updated and clean. My only complaint is that I had a 5 night stay and housekeeping came to freshen up on night 4. I thought it would be a little more often than that. When I raised the concern to the front desk, they cleaned that day.

The unit was not clean. There was stains on the bed sheets, found lashes on the floor and pimple patches on the bathroom wall. The location is right next to the high way so expect it to be loud at all hours of the day. The customer service was okay and had to call multiple times for a service. I tend to always stay with Marriott when I travel and this was the first time I had this type of experience.

My trip was great until a pair of my son's shoes went missing. The night of me packing we noticed the shoes wasn't in the room. Due to my son having multiple pairs of shoes we didn't notice it at first. I went and spoke to front deck , they stated no shoes found in the laundry. But who takes something and tell someone 🤔? This still has been resolved. Waiting for a call back
