Find a cheap Hotel in South Lake Union

"The 24 hr hot tub was closed so they directed me and my autistic partner to the 2nd floor one then when it was around 11pm or so staff comes out with no name tag or anything and tells me and my partner to leave and the other ladies who LIVED there to leave and go to the 1st floor hot tub that was broken I then showed staff with EXTREME language barrier that I have a text stating to use the 2nd floor hot tub in place I showed the staff and asked if there was a manger or someone we could understand better to come talk to us because these 2 staff members claimed the 1st floor hot tub was working even tho the ladies in the hot tub told staff they just went down there and there was a sign to come here and when a so called manager came who was dressed like a civilian no badge nothing was yelling and cursing at all of us to get the f**** out and was following us and trying to get our room number even tho all we wanted was to speak to a manger calmly he then triggered a stress induced seizure to my partner on his birthday AS SOMEONE WHO COMES HERE VERY OFTEN ME AND MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN A LEVEL AGAIN thankfully the nice person at the front desk was able to refund resort fees and such since we couldn’t even use the amenities etc we didn’t try to make a big deal about it this morning just was looking to speak with a real manager without them cussing at us and causing medical issues to my poor partner on his birthday. On that night no staff would give us names."

"Was very pleased with my stay here for many reasons. It’s in a great location the space needle is about a 10 minute walk. The hotel room, hallways, and lobby were all very clean at all hours which is a plus. The staff is super friendly from valet,to front desk, and house keeping staff. The room was a bit on the small side but still manageable. The view was great I do not have a single complaint about this property and would recommend it to others. "

The virtual staff (texting me throughout our stay) were helpful. The location was near all major attractions, walking distance. Over all, good experience! Would definitely stay there again. "

"We had a great room with a good view of the space needle. The lobby was clean and inviting and the room had all the amenities we needed and then some. Parking was pricey at $45 a night but worth paying so I didn’t have to park my car on the street. Breakfast was good but loaded with carbs would like to get to a hotel where they don’t do majority carbs and they have more proteins available that are not fake eggs."
