Perfect hotel for a solo traveller

I loved this hotel. The rooms are small but have everything you need. I appreciated the tech features (i.e. being able to control everything from an iPad). Bed was super comfy. The duvet was so fluffy and the pillows were perfect. The only thing I was missing was coffee in the room but they did offer complimentary coffee down in the lobby so that was not a big issue. As a solo traveller this place was perfect for me.

Decent but considering the price was about as expected. Newly built rooms but had no window and due to this a lot of dust in the room. Another negative is no kettle / hot water in the room you have to go all the way to the lobby for this. Also no iron in the room but every floor has an iron room, again not something you want to be leaving your hotel room to do. Location isn't too bad but a fair walk to most of the tourist areas. Not a fan of the bathroom being in the room and covered by glass. Heater / ac worked well.

Best hotel I’ve ever been to very unique hotel with very high tech accommodations. iPad in the room was very helpful with room temp, lighting, etc. Building is very beautiful as well as the view. High recommend if wanting a good experience in Seattle.

It’s very welcoming, well decorated, and a good place to relax. I got to the room and I felt a sense of relief of being able to relax. The iPad controls all the lights, heat/air con, blinds, music and tv. I would give this 10/10, I will book again if I am in Seattle.

The hotel has a very nice location. Interesting decor and lounge. I loved the tablet experience in the rooms but did not like the size of the rooms.

Nice atmosphere and nice lounge. Francesca from the staff what an amazing one! She helped us with everything. I only did not like the room’s size it was rather small but liked the tablet room experience. Close to the shopping center, to the pier.

Our stay was okay but I won’t be staying here again. We had pros and cons like anywhere else. When we first arrived, the customer service at the front desk was great! We were told which rooms had the best views, you are able to choose your view of preference at no extra charge. It was a self check in system that was easy to use. When we got to our room, there was no iPad. I called the front desk & the ambassador said that specific room didn’t have one & I could download the app on my phone or he can switch our room. I tried to download the app, it didn’t work, so he switched our room remotely. We didn’t have to go back down to the lobby which was good. You do have to request room service, but there is a cut off time. We were trying to request at 10AM on the iPad & it was saying it was too late. I understand from a sustainable standpoint, but they should let you know the cut off time for room service. They advertise that their bar is 24hours. You look on the iPad at any time & it says “open”. We went down there once at 1AM & there were 4 team members sitting, we asked them can we order drinks & they told us the bar was closed. We were only able to get water & the snacks/sodas they had in the refrigerators located next to the bar. Even those had a sign next to them with an open and close time. I guess they made an “exception”. They shouldn’t advertise 24/7. But it is a good location, it’s a short walk to WholeFoods, CVS, Walgreens & restaurants. No trouble parking on the st
