Way too small

Staff was basically dismissive…everything is DIY even when they are standing right there watching you. Bartenders were nice though. Room is the SMALLEST accommodations I’ve ever stayed in, even compared to large cities in Asia and Europe where rooms are known for being compact. The shower was basically in the middle of the room and you have to literally crawl in and out of the bed as you can only access it from one side (it is the width of the room tucked in the back. So uncomfortable especially for the price…will not be returning.

If you like a compact room this is the place

The room should have been called a pod, no wider than the length of the bed, minimal floor space, min storage space. This was my experience with this brand hotel.

A/C didn’t work, fridge didn’t work, TV was glitchy, no remote for the TV as it had been substituted for an iPad that supposedly did everything but in reality was no help at all. Stop being trendy & provide the basic amenities I paid for before getting cute with it.

Friendly front desk. Good location. Clean and quiet room. Nice mattress. Little weak water pressure. Toilet water noise after flush continues after repeat flushes. Shower head keeps turn to side when hung. Pillows are too high.
