Charming 3000 sq. ft lake-front vacation home with over 250+ feet of waterfrontage. Located in a "No Wake Zone" on a peaceful and secluded and wide cove. Large boathouse with covered dock to enjoy the lakefront for swimming, fishing jumping off the dock or enjoying the views of the lake. Stylishly decorated 3BR/3BA home perfectly suited for a getaway for up to two or three families. Many indoor/outdoor living areas which offer places to have fun or sit and relax and enjoy lake views. Spend quality time together in 2 acres of your own private escape featuring a large dock, wooded trails, sandy beach, 250+ feet of private waterfront and shared playground and basketball court and a fire pit. Tons of fun activities for any generation! Owner also owns adjacent vacation home (Property ID: 4167437).

House is only one and half hours away from metropolitan DC, 1 hour from Richmond and 45 minutes to Charlottesville. Marina within minutes drive with a wide cove with no-wake zone which makes the setting extremely peaceful.

- Other Amenities: Close to grocery (Food Lion), Dollar General, and many local restaurants. It is also located just a few miles away from Lake Anna State Park and Lake Anna winery and is also close to many historic civil war parks and historic battlefields.

The amenities were great. We used the kitchen a lot and it had everything we needed. The place was also very spacious and had lots of fun games for kids, teens, and adults.

We loved this place! It was truly perfect for a young family. Having a toy room, the playground, and the beach/lake area all in one place was exactly what we were looking for. Our daughter never got bored and we never had to go anywhere besides a short drive to the grocery store. We plan to stay here again.

Great Lake Getaway For A Boardgame Weekend

Spacious, comfortable, and far enough away from Northern Virginia to feel like a real getaway. Gorgeous lake view and a large sturdy table that is great for board games. We absolutely will look for this property in the next time we want a nerdy board game weekend.

Ideal spot for families with kids!

This property is fantastic! Clean, roomy and well stocked! The big table is ideal for family dinners and the lower level is a perfect spot for the kids to hang out! We have stayed in both the Summer and now in Autumn and both experiences were great! We can’t wait to plan our next visit!

A beautiful weekend away

We really enjoyed our weekend on Lake Anna and Ryann's house was a perfect getaway for our family. We overall found it very clean and relaxing and with lots of amenities. We especially enjoyed a lovely view of the lake from the generous screened in porch. The location was convenient to the Lake Anna State Park, several restaurants, a grocery store, a canoe rental and more. We would happily stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Lake Anna with my Sisters family who were visiting from England. 5 kids from 18months to 10years and all had a fabulous time. Great sized home, fully equipped and no issues. We will def be returning. Great stay.

Great Family House

It's a wonderful and accommodating place to stay. We went during a snow so we stayed inside most of the time. Plenty for the kids to do, large to have enough personal space and the kitchen was AMAZING. The neighbors were kind and helpful, the owner went above and beyond to make us feel special. We can't wait to go back!

Family vacation

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The amenities of the house were great and it was very clean. The check in and out out process was so easy. We enjoyed fishing from the peir and it was great being able to launch our kayaks and paddle board from the beach. My young son enjoyed the beach entry and feeding the fish. We would definitely stay again!

Fantastic Home Away from Home

House was perfect for our family (2 young kids) we were pleasantly surprised how well equipped it was for the kids. We had a blast swimming in the lake and hanging out on the boat dock. Kitchen had all utensils/pots/pans, etc needed to cook great meals or grill on the weber out back. Super quiet and perfect spot on the lake, deep swimming with no boat traffic. Playground and basketball court were a big plus. Big screened in porch was a wonderful morning coffee spot or late night relax. Would love to stay here again!

Great Lake

Perfect for my daughter and her husband and our 3 year old grandson. Much time spent on the bottom floor enjoying the toys, ping pong, pool table, tv. Nice open floor plan on the main floor. Well stocked kitchen, outside grille...we like to cook. Porch overlooking the lake is a great place to spend an afternoon. Good fishing off the dock.

Perfectly functional house!

This house was perfectly functionsl for our families: fully equipped kitchen, spacious basement, fully furnished bug free deck, boat house, small sandy beach, plenty of shade and THE LAKE within steps! Highly recommending it for a group of 8-12!

The property description was accurate, the house was very well layed out and had plenty of natural sunlight. We enjoyed the view and the comfortable screened in porch. Great place for young children

The house was spacious, clean, well-equipped and perfect for family with 2 children under age 5. The play area in the lower level and playground were used daily. My husband enjoyed shooting hoops on the black top. Dock was great for granddad and granddaughter fishing. We enjoyed the canoe we rented for 5 days. The porch was great for the view of the lake and listening to the amazing variety of birds in the area. Gas grill a plus. Host very responsive and helpful.

Wonderful Getaway!

We had a fabulous time!! The house was beautiful, spacious, and very clean! The bed I slept in in the bunk room was incredibly comfortable. We weren't sure how 3 adult women would share the bunk room however, the bunk room was not kid oriented -- and worked great for a comfortable sleeping area for adults. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, loved hanging out at the dock and relaxing on the screened in porch. The kitchen has wonderful appliances and is so roomy with great cabinets. It appears that the owners thought of everything when constructing and decorating the house. We would love to come back in the future!
