"My wife and I planned a night out for our 15th wedding anniversary. We had a room on the 5th floor (Harbor View). Amazing room (really spacious) and everything was great. We also spent the evening down at Zimmy's for a few drinks, and loved that spot as well. My only true negative about the experience was that it can be quite loud at certain times with the dock across the street. We were woken up at 4am with trucks being loaded at dockside"

"Greeted as soon as we walked in, front desk staff were so friendly. Underground parking was great for peace of mind. Room was so clean and such a great view. Only thing I didn’t like was there was no mini fridge in our room. Overall would definitely recommend to anyone that the stay at the Alt is wonderful! "

"The shower in room 403 is extremely small — so small that my body kept hitting the handle and changing the water temperature. There’s also nowhere to place soap or shampoo inside the shower, so I had to leave them on the sink and open the curtain each time, which soaked the bathroom floor. On top of that, the curtain sticks to your body because of the limited space, and I’m not a large person. Finally the walls are paper thin and we can hear the neighbors talking or their TV as if they were inside my room"

"We were not even afforded the opportunity to stay as the front desk agent denied our ability to even checkin under our reservation it’s our itinerary From Online booking with confirmation reference number Stating that we need credit card to process checkin I went though our booking, reservation detail ,payment processing and the instruction and photo all requieed unpin arriving at stablishment to ensure no hassle checkin and what was stated on that was” "
