I booked for 2 nights, but when I opened my eyes the next morning to a Cockroach walking across the nightstand in front of Me, I cancelled my second night. Service was Fine, the lady at Check-in was Friendly and Accommodating, but the room we stayed in was very Dated and Yucky!

For the most part I didn't have too many interactions with the staff but when I did they were super professional and kind. At one point I had either lost or left my i.d. and debit card around or at the front desk and they kept it safe for me until I came back down and collected it. They also were super awesome and let me check out 30 minutes late which was helpful because I woke up a bit late and was soooo not going to be ready at 11am.

1. I liked nothing about the property. Front desk were helpful in solving issues as much as they could. 2. Room management sucks! A front desk forced-opened my room at 1:30 AM because of suspicions of someone in the room they had no record of it. While I understand their motive, a knock on the door would've sufficed! 3. I've not seen rooms in such bad conditions throughout my entire time that I've used Expedia for such reservations.
