Everything was good. It would be nice to have a full breakfast instead of just a simple coffee and muffins. However, it's no big deal. Everything else was great. Staff was also great.

Extremely bad customer services, this person doesn’t want to work here or they are paying bad to her , The personal at the counter doesn’t have experience working with people, please 🙏 clean this rooms clean the facilities, And give them a good training how to talk to people and make it comfortable we are paying your salary with out visiting, This place is total waste and different from the app , showing nice rooms and is not like that , I order specific a Wheelchair room accesible we drive 4 hours and when we get there Charlotte I think it’s her name said she doesn’t know what happened, I make reservations 2 weeks before and now she give me the worst room and the worst location at the end of the hall , Call customer service at Expedia. They return my $ Thanks to Expedia and their support team

The hotel was out dated, bathrooms dirty and moldy, kitchen was not stocked with essential items, no toiletries, grab and go breakfast was only oatmeal, gym had 1 treadmill and 1 elliptic machine.

Right off the Parkway, plenty of parking, the building and rooms are in nice condition, but the tub in my room was pretty grimy with dirt stained tub floor, it had cracked moldy caulking, and there was a cracked peeling painted wall in the shower. I wasn’t planning on taking a bath anyway, so it wasn’t a big deal. Also, the included breakfast is oatmeal packets and Nutri-Grain cereal bars. Otherwise, the hotel was clean with a kitchen in my room, and was a good place to stay the night.

ESA - you get what you pay for (ish)

Needed to stay in a hotel with a full-size fridge as I was storing a lot of refrigerated food items. This ESA did have that, which was great! No oven, which was a bit disappointing as I'd wanted to cook. Had an issue with the wifi that the front desk couldn't figure out. They told me to just call their 1-800 number, which I couldn't be bothered to do. WiFi did not work for me. I was only staying one night (literally 7pm to 7am) so I didn't need it, but not very helpful if you actually needed to stay here for a length of time...

I would not stay here again if my life depended on it. We waited over an hour PAST check in time for our room to be ready. During which time we waited in the lobby and heard the front desk staff laugh in the faces of customers who traveled hours to be told they were double booked. Three couples came in and were told their rooms were unavailable and that there was nothing they could do and nowhere for them to go. The hotel smelled disgusting and the room was dirty despite us waiting so long for it to be “cleaned”. The front desk staff laughed at anyone who asked for any help. The shower sprayed water all over the bathroom. A mess. Choose somewhere else.

Dirty Long-Term Housing

Extended stay as in people living there. And it felt and smelt like it. Like a college dorm but dirtier. It smelled like men’s cologne, weed and rice. The room was very outdated and dirty. A cheep dive hotel. The front desk area was the first sign. However the receptionist was very nice and understood our reason for leaving.
